We met at the Culinary School of Åland and have been working side by side ever since. After years abroad, we opened our first restaurant Ask in Helsinki, which was awarded a Michelin star. Our journey has always been guided by a deep respect for Nordic ingredients, sustainability, and storytelling through food. Segel is our latest chapter – inspired by the sea, traditions, and the joy of creating something honest, together.
